We are selling a brand new, Yale lever-style commercial door lockset, for use in Mechanical Rooms, Store Rooms, Closets, etc.
This lockset is ADA-compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act), as It features a lever handle, as opposed to a round knob - better for people who may find gripping a round door knob to be difficult (arthritis patients, those with mobility-impairments, etc).
This lock is intended for higher-security rooms, where you don't want anybody to be able to unlock the door, using a thumb turn, on the inside door handle.  This door lockset does NOT have a thumb turn.  This type of door lock is called "deadlock".
This door lockset is finished in a satin chrome finish.
