The fan is large and very heavy iron.

Condition:
First of all, I am no expert on antique fans or how a collector rates their condition.
Having said that, the fan to me is still in good physical condition for its age but has surface scratches, scuffs, marks and light rusting.
I could not get the fan to work so I am selling it as is for parts or repair.
A great fan for fixing and restoring.
