The fan is tested and in working condition has some wear primarily on the top please see all pictures for details the cardboard box is ripped and broken in a few areas the cardboard is old and brittle and fragile. The fan also comes with the stand but it is missing the screws or pins to hold them together so you will need to figure out something else to use.
