Vintage ENAMELED MEDALLION - SURRENDER OF CORNWALLIS by John Trumbull 2.5" Diam

Description

This is a vintage enameled medallion.
It's a miniature copy of the "Surrender of Cornwallis", a historic 19th century painting by John Trumbull that hangs in the rotunda of the US capitol building.
The medallion has a gold tone frame and hangs from a silver tone link chain with spring-ring clasp.
It's in very good condition without any chips or cracks to the enamel.
It measures about 2-1/2" in diameter.
