    The ALL-N-ONE propane liquid withdrawal valve socket. Condition is "New". The ALL-N-ONE socket has been designed to be used on 4 of the most common liquid withdrawal valve caps.
    Have you’ve ever had to lay on the ground and try to get your arms and a wrench in a pit to remove a valve cap? If so, you’ll see the benefit of the tool. Not to mention your face in closely exposed to the hazard area if something goes wrong.
    A liquid withdrawal valve tank can be difficult to access. Especially when installed on an underground tank or on the belly of a bobtail. Multiple manufacturers produce liquid withdrawal valves. Sherwood, Cavagna, Marshall Excelsior and Rego each use different size and/or shape of cap. Thus, different tools are usually required depending on the specific valve cap in use.
    For that reason, the ALL-N-ONE socket was created as a single tool to fit multiple liquid withdrawal valve caps while maintaining a relatively small size to fit into tight spaces. It also needed to able to work with common 1/2” drive tools eliminating specialty handles.
    Tan images are of the 3D printed prototype. The final machined tool has been manufactured from 6061 aluminum this tool is light weight and strong. Rego Instruction Sheet 7590U-300 says “Clean the sealing face of Chek-Lok® and reinstall the 7590U-5 Cap and Gasket Assembly by applying 300-400 in-lbs torque.” 300-400 in-lbs torque equals 25.91 – 33.33 ft-lbs of torque. A test was conducted and over 150 ft-lbs of torque was applied multiple times with no failure or deformity.
    Designed for use with  1/2" drive ratchets and extensions.
