SOLID OAK CABINET / HUTCH  30" W 76" T, 21 1/4" D, MADE IN USA, NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, POLYURETHANE FINISH.  The quality and detail of the workmanship that went into this solid oak cabinet / hutch is evident when you see it up close.  Everything is professionally nailed together, and this piece is designed to hold a lot of china or other items in the lower cabinet as well as the display shelves on top.  The bottom cabinet features 2 doors that each open independently.  These doors have incredible definition with beveled edges and inset front panels.  There is a brand new polyurethane finish on the piece and it looks great showing all the incredible grain in the wood.  There are 2 shelves (1 on the top and 1 on the bottom) that are adjustable to a variety of heights as desired.  The hardware on this beautiful piece of furniture is solid metal that looks like aged brass (handles, hinges, shelving tabs and hutch to cabinet stabilizers).  The cabinet with the hutch on top measures approximately 30 inches wide, 76 inches tall, and 21 /4 inches deep.  This solid oak cabinet / hutch would look great in almost any room.  It has been stored in a clean, smoke free environment the entire time.  Please review all photographs before bidding.  This will be the exact solid oak cabinet / hutch sold.  The hutch can easily be unscrewed and removed from the cabinet for easy transportation.  Local pickup only just north of Philadelphia, PA area.  Thank you.
