This regulator setup has not been used in several years.  I connected it to a full air tank and the regulators still seem to work.  The Computer did not power on, it probably just needs a new battery as the battery is also old.  As with any devices that your life depends on you should have this setup up serviced by a professional before use.  This is why I am selling this set up as is for parts, not working or for repair.  NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON
