    What you are buying is a fully serviced all Brass adjustable regulator and a great breather,  all internal rubber, the Exhaust diaphragm and breathing diaphragm are in excellent shape .   comes with new stainless steel  Hex screws  for clamps . Comes with a good hose with new 0-rings, this has the covered Silver orifice
