, This totally effortless breathing regulator is fully adjustable for breathe-ability and has an adjustment for venturi assist to control any type of free flow,   A good mouthpiece come with good hose with new 0-rings It has a Brass barrel  and stainless steel demand lever like most high end regulators ( all brass interior ) comes with a factory parts sheet. Shows very little use, all rubber like new The interior chrome is perfect, poor lighting
