Working.
How it work : It works with the Steam. We use Kerosene oil or Spirit Burner to work this Fan. It include Kerosene Lamp Burner for Steam. We will send instruction if needed.
Burn the Kerosene oil or Spirit  Burner and keep it inside the Fan. Move the Piston after two minutes. After 3-5 minutes move Pistons which move blades after that time it will work automatically. So please keep moving Piston when you put the burner inside the fan.
