    Description

    For your consideration is this Oceanic Delta X- Series first stage in Excellent mechanical condition tank tested with an IP of 125 and cosmetically a 9.7 / 9.8 due to three scuffs on the rear rim sorrounding the HP seat area.  The Delta was also second stage tested and recovers its IP immediatly after each breath is taken.
