NAPOLEON BONAPARTE SCULPTURE BY EMILE GUILLERMINE 12" BRONZED CAST IRON STATUE

Description

Vintage bronzed cast iron reproduction of French sculptor Emile Guillemin's 19th century "Napoleon" sculpture.
This magnificent statue depicts Napoleon Bonaparte standing with his arms crossed holding a small telescope as if surveying the battlefield. It is made of cast iron with a very dark bronzed finish which is almost black and is mounted to a black marble plinth. There are no maker's marks I can see but it might have been made by the famous Kasli Iron Works sculptures in Russia.
It stands 12" tall on a 4" square marble base, and weighs over 8 lbs.  It's in great condition with no cracks, breaks or finish wear.
