New Old Stock (NOS).
Made in the USA for Industrial manufacturing, aerospace, petro-chemical, power generation, automotive, commercial and ship building industries.  Has a hole for a retainer pin on the male and female end of the extension/adapter.  This is 5/8" female to 5/8" male and is 1-7/8" long.  This extension is 1-7/8" long (overall) and is considered a one-off specialty item probably purchased by General Motors (GM).  This would be a hard size to find, we did not see it in any of our tooling catalogs by any manufacturer.
We were unfamilar with this company but the more we researched it the more we were impressed with the
quality
, this item was not mass produced and is of very nice quality..  This company specializes in providing industries with specialty tooling with quality you will not find from any other mass produced manufacturer.
They are an ISO 9001 company.  We do not know what they purchase price for this specialty item was for this item but would not be
surprised
if it was many times the price we have this listed at.
