Kalanik Corner Hutch Deep Barn Red Excellent Condition Two Piece Price Reduced!

High end; handmade in Quebec, Canada. Purchased at an upscale furniture store in Colorado. Retail price was 40.00. The company is now known as Maison Kalanik Inc.
Very little wear and tear. Quality made and well taken care of!
The corner hutch is made in two pieces, top and bottom. The top sits inside wood on the top of the bottom piece. Both pieces are to be hooked together with small screws in the back of the hutch. It's very heavy and solid wood. The wood is most likely from maple since it's HANDMADE in Canada. Yes, really handmade. Each piece is unique. It's painted with some paint variations of color in a deep barn red.
Glass on the upper door appears as a rippled effect, which is characteristic of old glass.
Several stationary shelves top and 1 extra shelf bottom will hold anything from quilts to collectibles to books to bears. (not real ones....). There's a small drawer on the bottom top.
The hutch is in excellent condition.
The style numbers are: KAL-1011-32, SF-09. Barn Red color. The color is a deep red/burgundy.
Measurements are a little tricky but this is what I came up with:
84 inches tall
Approximately 48 inches wide
About 23 inches deep
Measures 30 inches on the back sides to the wall, each side.
Although I have advertised as Local Pick-Up only, I am open to shipping.  The terms are that you arrange for a shipping company to pick up and deliver and you would pay them directly for that service.  I have done this before with great results.  Please ask questions.
