Multiple modes to unlock and lock
The door lock provide two approaches to unlock the door, touch screen and smart unlock. For remote access, User can use Bluetooth or the mobile app.
Remote Unlock with Free Mobile App
Connect the gateway with a mobile phone,（Gateway needs to be purchased separately） you can use the APP remotely control the status of the lock, and you will be notified in time. The user can control multiple devices on the APP. For example, you can add the door lock and Laview's camera to APP. (APP can only compatible with Hugolog and LaView's products)
Touch screen
One touch to unlock the lock, and also set the automatic lock-off time on the mobile APP between 10-180 seconds.
Easy Installation + Durable Zinc alloy
Suitable for the door thickness of 35-50mm, door hole diameter of 38/54mm, side distance of bolt 60mm/70mm. It only requires a screwdriver to install in a few minutes. The zinc alloy deadbolt is durable and safe.
Emergency battery backup
If the power runs out, plug in a portable power bank to the micro USB port that is located at the bottom of the lock. Then, you can unlock the door.

Master Mode
The master mode could be entered by entering[ **+Master PIN Code+# ] to progam the lock
Master PIN Code
The master pin code is used for programming and for feature settings
Passing Mode
The lock could be adjusted to passing mode by handle switch. In this mode, pin code and key are not needed to unlock the door. Passing mode will be disabled after long-pressing any buttons for 2 seconds from outside, and will be resumed when the door is unlocked again by Pin code or a key
Shutdown Time
The lock will shutdown for a default of 3 mins and not allow operation after the wrong code entry limit (10 times) has been met. When the unit is in shutdown, the light will flash when you are trying to use keypad
Silent Mode
The beeper will not make any voice

User PIN code
The user pin code operates the lock. Maximum number of user pin codes is 20
Reset button
After reset operation, the lock will be restored to factory default settings, all user credentials will be68deleted. Refer to reset guide
Away Mode
This feature can be only activated or deactivated in the Hugolog App. Activating Away Mode wil disable all codes, including master code. If the lock is opened with a key or manually from inside, the lock will trigger an alarm
Fake pin code
It is the random numbers that is added before or after the user password. This prevents the user password from being exposed

Warnings:
Master PIN Code (4~10 digit): Default master pin code is "12345678", please modify it after installation. If you forget your master pin code, you can reset your lock back to factory settings.
User PIN Code (4-10 digit): User pin codes can be set up through master pin code. Up to 20 user pin code can be stored.
Both master and user pin codes don't support the following combination of numbers.

Does it comes with batteries?

No batteries are not included. It needs 4 AA batteries.
Question:
My rotating shaft is round and it does not go with my lock. My lock look like it needs a flat rotating shaft when can I get this at?
Answer:
The rotation shaft of Hugolog deadbolt keyless door entry is round with long tailpiece for your easy assembly. And it should be kept in a horizontal position when inserting into the exterior assembly through mounting plate. Please refer to first page of user manual and double check all the components. How do you set a passcode?
Answer:
Master code is 12345678, download their online manuals if needed.

How do you turn on automatic lock mode?
Answer:
Make sure you have changed the default master PIN code before setting auto-lock function.
Try to program it with ★★ + master code + # + 5 + 1 + #Or simply turn it on via app setting if you already connected the touchscreen door lock wireless with mobile phone.

How long do batteries last in this?
Answer:
Lifetimes of battery depend on working mode of Bluetooth, optional functions and use frequency. The battery of Hugolog Smart Lock might last for 6-12 months if unlock and re-lock 10 times per day.

when I connect it with Bluetooth , user codes and master code is not working . Can anyone help on this

I was able to setup new users under the Family group (not Others group) and their codes worked. I think the master code is disabled in Bluetooth since u log in the app with your registered account password
