Confederate Marine Greatcoat, Size 40T, w/Buttons and Corporal's Chevrons, NM

For sale is an NJ Sekela-made reproduction British import greatcoat, with Confederate States Marine Corps buttons and corporal's chevrons in English Army Cloth made by the now-defunct Quartermaster Shop of Michigan. All buttons present on the coat were hand-sewn by the seller, using period-correct reproduction white cotton thread from Townsend's. The coat is in size 40 Tall, and is sized to be worn over a wool coat or jacket. It has only been worn once, and subsequently dry-cleaned. In near-mint condition: this is as close as you can get to a new garment. For collectors or reenactors interested in the Confederate Marines, this is an excellent item. For other Confederate reenactors or collectors, this coat is also an excellent piece: the buttons can be swapped with alternate buttons of your choice, depending on your impression or display needs.
