    I am offering for sale a Circa 1848 French Medal commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of the 2nd Republic following the July Monarchy, the overthrow of King Louis Philippe and the election of Louis Napoleon (Napoleon III).  It is in very good condition with age appropriate patina.  It measures 1 7/8" wide x 1 5/8" high.
