Antique Vtg 1920s Emerson 71666 Electric Fan 12" Oscillating Brass Blades Works

This offering is for an antique early 20th century Emerson Oscillating Brass Blade Electric Fan. The fan is in excellent working condition, please view our video of it operating on all three speeds, oscillating properly and turning off when the switch is placed in the off position. The fan operates quietly with no wobble, rattling or shaking. The brass tag on the top of the motor states in part "EMERSON THE EMERSON ELECTRIC MFG CO NEW YORK ST LOUIS VOLTS 110 TYPE 71666 CYCLES 60 MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR ALTERNATING CURRENT PATENTED". The fan measures app. 12" across the blades and 13" across the cage. The height to the top of the cage is app. 17.5" The fan is three speed and it works perfectly, the switch works properly as well. As already noted the oscillator also works perfectly and both it and the fan run very smoothly. The blades are brass and are doubtless Parker's but I do not see any stampings. There is typical wear and loss to the black paint surfaces with some light surface rust on some of the bare metal areas, the cage is iron. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 75.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
