Motor specs read:  Type G6, A.C. & D.C. 110-130 Volts, Universal Motor, No. 24139
Fan works, cloth covering on the cord has some wear.  It doesn't have an on/off switch.  It apparently works by plugging it in.

Due to the age of the wiring , I cannot guarantee that it is safe to use.  I am not qualified to make that determination.  Therefore the buyer must determine if it is safe to use in its current condition and assumes all responsibility for that decision
Fan is 8" tall.  Cage is 6" in diameter
Nickel plating has some wear in places, overall a very nice old fan
