Hello, you are viewing my listing for an Antique Industrial Fan Blades Metal Art Rusted Fan Yard Art.  This item is for parts and does not work.  It is made from metal.  It weighs 8.2 pounds and measures 18 and 1/4" wide by 17" tall by 7" deep.  There is wear present including loss of paint and some rust.  I do not see any repairs.  Local pickup is accepted.
