19th C Framed Hand Painted Portrait French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte Waterloo

Description

I am offering for sale a 19th Century brass framed hand painted portrait of French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte.  It is signed on the right by the artist and painted on a natural material.  The detail is very fine and the color is vivid.  The brass frame with glass has a maroon velvet mat and back and elegant filigree work in the corners.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint loss.  The frame measures 7" x 6".  The portrait measures 3 1/4" x 2 3/8".
