    Description

    You are bidding on an original c.1932 General Electric 8 inch oscillating fan, working and with its original paint!   It was found in an old Exeter NH building, and was mounted as a wall fan (hence the upside down GE logo).  It is dusty and in need of a cleaning and oiling, but I plugged it in and it ran fine, quietly.  The oscillating gear underneath the motor turns, but the fan does not oscillate, there may be position that it needs to be in to turn, but I did not play around with it.  The original cotton covered cord has a couple of spots where the outer cotton cover is frayed, but the wire itself seems fine.  Buyer to pay .80 for shipping and insurance.  Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
