16" GE Brass Bell AOU Oscillating Fan

Description

16" GE Brass Bell AOU Oscillating Fan. Beautiful Sky Blue Metallic single stage automotive paint.  The color is slightly lighter than the pictures, my phone doesn't capture it exact but it's very close and just as nice as it appears in pictures.   Form AC 1 is year 1923 so it's 99 years old.   Fan was Completely taken apart to each individual piece.  Stator removed and varnished.  New headwire and power cord.   Switch hardware removed and cleaned and polished.   new Rubber grommets.  All metal taken down to bare metal.   All brass screws and hardware polished and lacquered so they will not patina.  Blade and cage are straight and true.  Blade/cage was not lacquered and will patina over time but polish up quickly with a quick polish.  New rubber feet.  Cage is full brass. One repair on cage S wire where it wraps front cage.  See pictures.   This fan runs perfectly on all 3 distinct speeds and is ready for another lifetime of use.  Oscillates perfectly.   cast iron, no stamped steel.  Cast iron has dimples, welds and other rougher appearing imperfections that are a normal part of the casting process.   Fan will be shipped in 2 boxes with cage and blade separate from fan body.  This fan is really nice and a ton of work went into it.  It runs nice and smooth and is very powerful on high.   I will pour the oil out of the cup before shipping so you will need to refill with oil.  3 in 1 oil in the blue can (not Red can) or zoom spout is preferable.  See pictures and ask any questions.
